Is there one particular area where you want your life to say "let's go, let's go"?

1. Short term goal card

Depending on your situation right now you may choose to set short term goals. A short term goal naturally puts a bit of immediate pressure on. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on many factors such as how much free time you have, your health, and your personality.

For some people, lots and lots of immediate pressure is exactly what they want and need. For some just a little bit is preferable. It's wise to think how much pressure you want and choose a goal that is a good fit for you.

A typical short-term goal could be anywhere between a week and 3 months. The more time you give yourself, the less pressure. Finding your own personal "just-right" amount is the key.

You can download smaller cards (6 on a page) for your wallet/purse or pocket.... or larger ones to place on your bedroom table, your wall, your work desk.

2. Little pocket-sized daily goal cards

Many people use to-do lists these days. They realise the importance of getting stuff done right now. These little cards are like an upgrade to an 'executive to-do list'.

3. Long term goal card

You can use this one to put down your longer term goals. You can put in 20 Year, 10 Year, and 5 Year but please feel free to fill in your own time frames as you see fit. Once again, how far we are thinking ahead right now is a very personal thing. Plus it could naturally change quite often as you grow older and your vision develops. You can download a card that can be used for any time frame here

4. Lifetime goal list

A simple template with 100 spaces to write in your 100 top goals that you wish to achieve in your lifetime. This is the goal-setting-for-all equivalent to the bucket list.

As you progress in each of your goals and grow you can always go back to it and find new directions.

Try and get 50 down as quick as possible without thinking logically. You can always change it later. Whatever is in your heart, get it down. All areas of your life; love, home, work, travel, training, learning, education, possessions, health, self-development, friendships. Don't ask yourself, is this possible? Simply, would I like this? If the answer is yes, add it to the list. Worry about the how later.

After you have a substantial list go through each one and choose a time frame of 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 15, 20 or more years. Then choose your top 5 one year goals and get started.
